This plate is the 50th Anniversary design of the State of Alaska license plate for passenger cars. On January 2nd, 2008, the State of Alaska began issuing 50th Anniversary / Statehood plates as the standard issue license plates. These will remain as the standard issue plates until December 31st, 2009. Available plates are used but in very good condition. Actual plates have three digit alpha + three digit numeric characters. (Not SAMPLE) Makes the perfect for the license plate collector.
