This medallion, made by the Alaska Mint in Anchorage, Alaska, is sanctioned by the Alaska State legislature under State Statute: 44.09.017. This incredibly detailed medallion, featuring an American Bald Eagle in flight with Mt. Mckinley in the background, is minted from pure 24k gold, silver, or silver with gold highlights.
