If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. No refunds will be allowed for items beyond 30 days of original order. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. To request a refund or exchange, repackage your item including all orginal packaging, a brief explanation of the problem and mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Merchandise exchanges will incur a new shipping charge but will not be charged a handling fee.
