You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the United States and to most international addresses using the shipping method of your choice. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship our preferred method, which is United States Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate. Items shipped this method will generally arrive within 3-6 days to most US addresses. We have found that the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box is the least expensive shipping method for most orders. Priority Mail Flat Rate shipments sent to US addresses feature online order tracking that allows you the ability to track the order from our loading dock to your door. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number and providing you a link to follow the shippment of your item. If you prefer a different shipping method, please email our customer service department to make the necessary arrangements. We try to ship instock orders within 2-3 working days of you placing the order. If an item is out of stock or otherwise not available, we will search for the product from our suppliers. If we cannot fill your order withing 7 working days, we will contact you and provide you an estimate of product availability. Shipping charges will be determined by the weight and size of shipping container. If possible, we will attempt to ship your order in a single container. A $7.00 USD handling charge will be added to all orders. Due to Custom Requirements, some products, such as items made from animal parts, ivory, food, seeds and plants cannot be shipped to international destinations.
